Every year in February, we at JLA host our partners from the Maiwa Foundation in Canada, who visit our centre in Jawaja to get a first-hand experience of leatherwork, its processes, and the latest developments. The last such visit in February 2019 was a huge success. It was packed with exciting interactions between the partners and our artisans, sharing experiences, and a deep dive into the priceless heritage of leathercraft.
